Frequently Asked Questions

Wedding Transportation FAQ

Clear answers for couples planning their Long Island wedding day logistics.

Booking & Availability

1) How far in advance should we reserve our wedding transportation?

Peak Long Island wedding season fills quickly. Most couples secure their vehicles 9–12 months out, especially for popular dates and high-demand venues like Oheka Castle, The Mansion at Oyster Bay, The Vineyards, and Fox Hollow. Booking early guarantees the exact car you want.

2) Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit locks in your date, vehicle, and chauffeur. The balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.

3) Can we see the vehicles in person?

Absolutely. We encourage couples to view the fleet, so you know exactly what you’re getting — condition, interior space, and overall presence. Please reach out to your salesperson to schedule an appointment.

4) Do you accept last-minute bookings?

Yes, we always work to accommodate our customers, however, availability is limited during peak months so booking earlier is encouraged
